To celebrate Carers week we would like to invite all of our patients who care for a loved one, friend or relative along to our Carer’s meeting. This will take place on Friday 14th June from 1:30-3:30pm at Findon Valley Free Church.

The meeting gives Carers the opportunity to meet fellow Carers and access support services such as Carers Support West Sussex, The Carers Health Team and The Prevention Assessment Team to name a few.

If you are unable to leave the person you care for we are happy for them to join us.

Refreshments will be served.
